Being here is not a marketing line — it is why raw material arrives fresh, why we can change a specification quickly, and why quality is held at the plant instead of discovered at the port.
Bean fibre and starch sourced locally, checked for moisture and foreign matter on arrival before anything enters the line.
Pellets formed to the granule size set for that order — the step where most of the specification actually lives.
Controlled to bring moisture into range, which is what determines whether pellets stay firm in the bag and in the tray.
Fines and dust removed, oversize and undersize pellets taken out, so what ships matches the sample you approved.
Own-brand or neutral bags to your artwork, weight and format, sealed and palletised for the container.
Checked against the order before the container closes, with documents prepared for the Incoterms you work on.
Photos from our own lines — from raw material handling to the closed container door.

Most litter complaints trace back to one of four things: dust, weak clumping, moisture in the bag, or pellets that break in transit. Each has a stage on our line where it is controlled — and because we own every stage, a complaint turns into a process change rather than a conversation with a third party.
If you work with an inspection company, we are happy to host them. If you want to visit the plant before a first order, that is welcome too.
| Issue | Controlled at |
